Cleanliness: "The room was very clean and well-maintained." Staff: "The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierge who went out of their way to assist us with booking tours." Comfort: "The bed was very comfortable, and I slept soundly throughout the night." Amenities: "The hotel had a great pool area and a well-equipped gym, which we enjoyed using." Location: "The hotel was conveniently located near the city center and within walking distance of many restaurants and shops." Value for Money: "The price was reasonable for the quality of the accommodation and service." Negative Aspects (if any): Food: "The breakfast was a bit disappointing, with limited options and average taste." Noise: "The room was a bit noisy at times due to traffic outside." Maintenance: "The bathroom could use some updating, with a few minor maintenance issues."

It was the most beautifully wooden crafted hotel i have ever stayed. Service as a whole was excellent except nobody was at the receptionist when we tried checking out early to catch our flight. Luckily, there was a security guard who unfortunately didn't speak any English yet very helpful.

Отель располагается в туристическом месте, но немного в проулке. Отель национальном стиле, очень красивый, хорошие вкусный завтраки с красивым видом (в соседнем более дорогом отеле). Из минусов - всё что белое, то серое - постельное, полотенца рваные и серые не отстирывающиеся уже.

The location is centrally situated yet away from the city's noise, nestled in an alley. The room is spacious and clean. The pool is suitable for adults but not ideal for kids; however, you can visit their other building, the Okay Palace Boutique, which has a kiddie pool. The food is tasty but somewhat pricey. The rooftop offers a stunning view of the city, especially at night. The staff is very friendly and accommodating.

家庭房房間很大，帶小陽台可俯瞰大皇宮，看日出，圖片都是在陽台拍的。每天提供四瓶水，但不提供一次性拖鞋。酒店位於衚衕內，晚上路燈很亮，出入很安全。早餐去位於同一衚衕裡的另一棟樓 15層用餐（同一品牌旗下），種類很豐富。
